Payment and prices
All prices are topical and may change in the future. Individual and current totalprise for orders outside Sweden will be delivered in arrers via e-mail.
We offer the following payment opptions:

Terms for payment will be stated in the checkout under respective payment option.
Delivery and Refunds
Delivery
Price for delivery will be calculated depending on country of residence and weight of the order. If nothing else is informed, we will send your order whitin 1-3 days after payment, as long as we have your goods in stock.
If an item can not be delivered whitin normal delivery time we will contact you by email. You as a costumer always has the right to cancel your order. There can be times when our supplier for some reason can´t fullful their comitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim from compensation to cusumers regarding delays of deliverys.
Refunds
Refunds will be on your own dispence unless an item is defect or if we have sent the wrong item. Refunds shall be sent to us as a letter or package. If you wish to change item you will need to pay for the new delivery from us to you. Specially ordered goods, which are not in our regular range, are not repurchased.
14 days open purchase
We follow the distance- agreement law and by that you have the right to return ordered goods whitout declaring a reason. Du can undo your order by, whitin 14 days from receiving your order, let us know you want to refund it. The items shall be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original packaging.
If you as a costumer have used the item more than can be expected to determine its characteristics or function and this has resulted in that the item returned are in a condition reducing its value we have the right to charge you for the amount that correspondes to the reduction in value when repaying you for your order. The reduction in value will be deterimed in each case.

Refounds
If you use your right to regret a buy we will pay you back for your order as soon as possible. You will yourself pay for the delivery cost of your refund.

Integrity policy
When you make your order from us you need to state your person-data. When making your order you agree to that we store and use your data in our company to fullfil our contract to you. You have, according to the person-data law (PUL) the right to get the information that we have registered on you. If the information is faulty, incomplete or irrelevant you can demad the information to be corrected or deleted. In that regard, contact us via e-mail.
Corporate Invoice
Credit Check: When applying for payment via corporate invoice, a standard credit check will be performed, which may involve obtaining a credit report.
Payment Terms: The due date and other conditions for the corporate invoice are specified on the invoice. Payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added, along with a late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
Assignment: All corporate invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 (“Svea Bank”). All payments related to the invoice should be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR: When payment is made via corporate invoice, the invoice will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, and we will share the corporate customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we have assigned to them.
