Simply place the cooling pad in the appropriate place where your dog likes to lie and it immediately begins to absorb heat, keeping your dog pleasantly cool for two to five hours. After use, leave the mat and wait until it gets cold or put the mat in cold water. For faster cooling, put it in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before use. When cleaning, wipe it with a damp cloth, with or without soap. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep the mat away from sharp objects. Do not machine wash.
