Expander-Bungee band

Expander/rubber/bungee band. In essence it's a 25 mm wide band with handles on both ends, one big and one small and an elastic middle. One end can be attatched to a toy of your choosing, while you hold the other and play with the dog. Perfect when you already have a favourite toy but want a strap to hold.
